Purchased hot tub from waterworks in Jan 2020. We have enjoyed the hot tub almost everyday.

Great company to deal with. Shelf's are almost always stocked with the supplies you need for maintenance. Once in 4 years they didn't have one item I needed but came in the following week. The staff is very knowledgeable from the sales team, maintenance team and the supply staff. Very prompt even when warranty work was involved.

We finally took the "plunge" and went in to purchase a hot tub. The process from the beginning to the end was seamless, easy, professional and absolutely wonderful! We would absolutely recommend them to ANYONE.
