Fluidity is a word we’ve always loved at The Waterworks. We’re always on the hunt for better ways to do things.
And, in fact, we spent the first quarter working on building more autonomy into our business, to improve workflows, and ensure that our clients have quick and easy access to key information.
The goal was better communication, and we had no plans to convert even 10% of our brick and mortar business would to an online model.
However, times are fluid these days, to say the least. 🙂
We want you to know that we’re in it for the long haul, even if we look a little different in our masks, and there’s fewer people inside our physical Waterworks store. In fact, everything’s a little different these days, but the most important things stay the same: friends, family, and fun.
We have 30+ tubs in stock and they are going quickly, so we want to get them in your hands. Here’s what you can expect from us:
Shopping at the Waterworks is more fun than exclusive boutiques on Rodeo Drive, and we’re a heck of a lot closer. We also value your health as much as we value the health of our team and our families. So we’re allowing shopping by appointment only at this time. We’re pretty flexible on times, and just want to be sure that we’re limiting the number of people in our store.
If you don’t want to leave the comfort of your couch, we’ve got you covered! We now have the ability to offer a virtual showroom experience, either through scheduled video conferencing or via email. We have some sweet tech that allows us to send you custom videos of the spas and saunas you want to learn about.
More people are spending more time in their tubs than ever! And more people WANT new tubs than ever. We’re here to help. For service, we simply need access to your tub and then we can hold all conversations over phone and email if needed.
For delivery, we’ll walk through your unique needs at the time of sale.
By now you’re a pro at Zoom, Google Hangouts, and WebEx. Online webinar classes are coming soon. We’ll host at set times each week, where you can ask questions live. And, we’ll also have a recording available that you can watch at your convenience.
